Above is a standalone roll feeder capable of holding four different fabric rolls. In addition to these basic roll holders there are options for cradle holders eliminating the use of bars

The CTI BTF range of fabric feeders has been designed for manufactures that use heavy rolls. The loader can take roll weights of up to 1500 kgs with no problem. The bar that holds the material is driven and the delivery of material is controlled by a sophisticated control system that ensures tension free delivery of the material with a feedback system.

 In addition to roll loading, CTI offer a complete warehouse roll storage system for companies that part use rolls and have many roll changes. The system can hold hundreds of rolls, analysing the production forecast, bringing required rolls to a storage area near the front reducing roll change over times without the intervention of warehouse employees.
