CTI Automatic Single Ply Cutters
Stone's Machine Sales offers a full range of Cutting Trading International’s (CTI) products. Acting as an Agent we supply various cutting equipment to cut materials for the majority of manufacturers. With small compact machines for narrow width materials, up to extremely wide machines up to 10 m wide, we can handle virtually any type of production. The machines are based on a modular system and have a variety of different tools that can be employed to cut many different materials. With a host of fabric loading systems from simple cloth unrolling frames to highly sophisticated storage systems we have answers for most manufacturers.
Software for Digitising and Nesting
To complement our range of cutters we also supply the CTI Digit. A standalone system with both software and hardware. The system is for scanning of paper, cardboard or plastic patterns. After scanning the electronic images can be altered, ensuring that if the patterns are bent, distorted or damage, they are corrected and the patterns are 100% accurate for production. Once scanned CTI also provide nesting software. A quick simple operation, you only need to input the widths of material and number of scanned parts and the software produces the best utilisation of material.
