There is an assortment of cutting windows to maximise speed and a take of area to suit, this versatile machine is ideal for the modern manufacturer.
Tool Options for Cutting Operations
The automatic single ply cutters can be equipped with a number of different cutting tools. The machine can be equipped with just one tool holder or two. If purchased with one the change over time between tools is approximately two minutes before the machine is up and running. With two holders the machine cuts with the first tool followed by the second tool, if required. In addition to the cutting tools there are options to have drills, heat sealers and printer attachments. As standard the machine has a simple pen holder for marking of the material. All operations can be programmed into one program so the machine simply cuts, then drills and finishes by heat sealing.
